About Us

For nearly 40 years, the Family and Child Centre has been a trusted guide for new and expecting parents. Led by certified childbirth educator and doula, Jude Polack, we provide expert support from pregnancy through the toddler years. Our approach combines knowledge, care, and community, helping families navigate this exciting and sometimes overwhelming time with confidence. From childbirth education to early parenting classes, we’re here to offer guidance, encouragement, and a strong foundation for the journey ahead.
